Custom-Fit C9 Lights, Quoted From Your Sherman Address
We serve all of Sherman from our base in Bonham. Send your address and Eric will look at your roofline and yard on aerial imagery, then suggest a design. Most Sherman quotes are prepared that way, remotely; only larger displays may need a site visit.
Every install is full-service. We supply the commercial-grade C9 lights, cut them on site to fit your roofline, put them up cleanly, maintain them through the season, take them down, and store them until next year.
Sherman runs from newer suburban subdivisions to older neighborhoods, and we serve HOA and non-HOA neighborhoods alike, cutting every run of lights on site to fit the roofline in front of us. Businesses count too: a storefront on the downtown square can carry the same base package of front roofline and peaks, with the same add-ons.
Pricing starts at $300. The first season costs more because it includes your custom-fit lights; return seasons cost less, because those lights are already cut and marked for your home or storefront. We are fully insured, and every install uses roofing professionals. There is no booking cutoff — you can book before Halloween if you want to be early.
What we plan around in Sherman
The first weekend of December
Sherman Parks & Recreation's Nights of Lights puts more than 200,000 lights in the trees at Pecan Grove West Park, and the Christmas Parade and Snowflake Festival fill the downtown square the first weekend of December. If you want your lights up that week, it is worth booking ahead of it.
A courthouse square, and only 14 HOAs
Sherman's downtown square sits around the Grayson County Courthouse, with Travis and Houston streets as its Main Street hub of shops and restaurants — storefront rooflines we can light like any home. Citywide, a mix of newer suburban subdivisions and older neighborhoods carries only 14 registered HOAs.
About 30 minutes from Bonham
Sherman sits about 30 miles from Bonham via US-82, around a 30-minute drive, so remote quotes and in-person visits are both easy for us. December lows average 36°F and January lows 34°F, and the January 2025 storm left isolated 9–11 inch snow totals in Grayson County. That is part of why maintenance through the season is included: whatever winter brings, your lights are looked after.
